Hi. I’m relatively new to this and due to concerns with Covid etc, I’m keen to take out a rent guarantee policy. I’ve done some research and a significant number of companies that previously offered these policies have withdrawn them from the markets, and a few only offer it if you have landlord insurance with them. I already have a landlord insurance policy in place but this company doesn’t offer rent guarantee and wondered if anyone knew of companies that offer ‘standalone’ rent guarantee policies. The only company I have managed to finc so far is Alan Boswell, but wonder if anyone knows of anyone else. Thanks in anticipation.
