Hello - any advice on getting rent guarantee insurance for a tenant relocating to the UK from the US? All reference checks passed, but the credit check failed due to the absence of a UK credit history.
Any options that don’t involve a guarantor? Cheers
there are firms which provide a guarantor service [for a regular fee]. These may be acceptable to whichever insurance provider you are using to obtain RGI.[think Openrent RGI is only available if referenced by Openrent]
Or you could ask for a large lump sum/advance rent [wont be possible from 1 may due to RRA]
