I am planning to rent a flat via OpenRent.
Question I have .
Is it worth to get a landlord rent cover insurance while I will do an inventory and deposit protection.
Please if anyone can share their experience.
I personally do not take this cover. However if the rental income is vital to your own household, then maybe you should.
Likewise, it might give you reassurance re costs of eviction etc if you end up with a non-paying tenant…
It really is personal preference.
