Rent Now Credit problems

Hi

Im a Landlord and have listed my first rental on this platform and paid for Rent now combined service with advertising for £58 - that tenancy is nearly complete

I have a second property i wish to rent out and so in the middle of listing this one but i have 1 Rent now credit i need to use, but when i go to submit the listing it wants to charge me another £58 for the rent now service combination - how do i use the credit - its not very clear

do i pick the free service then upgrade to get the credit instead ? or can i get a refund after purchasing the whole service again

If someone can clarify this for me?

Login. Create duplicate listing from the original and amend it with details of the 2nd place.

You only use the rent now credit when you accept a holding deposit and create a new tenancy (on either listing)
