Rent Now - without first months rent

Is there any way to settle the disable the one month’s rent function when using the RentNow function? The reason being that my proposed tenant would like to pay a number of months rent upfront.

I appreciate that usually OpenRent need to deduct their fee, so I was wondering if there was a way to add credit to my account?

Also, when I listed my property, there was an offer that i could use the Rent Now + listing for £20 (a saving of £49), however, i cant see any evidence of this now, so I’m wondering if i will get charged the full amount?

Its easy to set up more than 1 month in advance. This is part of the customisable settings when you create the contract.

I’ve normally paid for RentNow before advertising. If you didn’t do this, I’ve every confidence it will be easy to add this when you come to select your tenant. If you have selected a tenant, I suggest you invite them to pay the holding depsit via Openrent portal, and then proceed for referencing. Im sure it’ll prompt you to pay the RentNow fee.
