Hi everyone - I’m using OPENRENT RENT NOW for a new tenancy and can’t see anything in the agreement stating when and how the landlord may increase the monthly rent.
Can I add a clause stating that the landlord may review the rent every 2 years and provide the tenants 2 months notice of any changes to the rent?
Or am I missing something?

Of course you can . Make it clear and that part “extra” signed and witnessed. Just as you would if e g you wanted. a stipulation about looking after the garden

You have a statutory right to review the rent every year without the clause so I would be careful about drafting something that might restrict your options if I were you.
