I am renting out a 1 bed flat [as a landlord] and installed an EV charger [7kw Myenergi Zappi].
Its hard to gauge - i wish to put a small premium on the rent but not too much; trying to gauge if other landlords [or tenants with landlord support] are starting to install EV chargers at home.
The savings on 8000 miles per annum for a medium sized EV are in the order of £180 [home charger [on off-peak EV tariff] per year, compared with £1250 per year public chargers, and £1600 per year petrol [although the war has raised this considerably].
Wondering if any others might be following suit on installing EV chargers; the grant [for your installer is now £500 per unit]; and also for landlords if you property business is a limited company.
