Hi, I want to find a small (5-6 bed) residential rental property in the greater London area that has C2 use permission, ie I can use as Children’s Residential Home. Does anyone have advice WHERE to search for these types of rental properties?

Hi, not sure if you’re interested but I’m currently working at a vacant 6-7 bedroom, separate office (and possible room to convert double garage?) c2 care home that will be available to rent soon. Large garden and plenty of outdoor space, plenty of parking. Discreet location. It’s in the Guildford, Surrey area - (approx 5 mins from A3 and 10 mins from M25. A31 & A3 on doorstep)

wow… a real life insight into the horrific mess that is children’s services… It’s absolutely shocking how many are syphoning thousands of pounds a week out of local authorities PER CHILD and providing anything but care.

Of course, that woudn’t be anyone on these forums. That goes without saying obviously.
