Yes I’ve looked. Just wanted a bit more of an understanding of reposit
If anyone has worked out how to use this yet please let me know. A new tenant would like to use Reposit and they cannot work out how to initiate the process. When we created the tenancy agreement we allowed a No Deposit Scheme as an option.
Have they signed the agreement?
This note found on OR help screens suggests it’s set up when they pay first rent which is after ast signed…
…. Tenants will then be able to set up their deposit replacement when making payment for the initial funds due under the tenancy before move-in.
