How does the tenant use the Reposit deposit insurance??
My proposed tenancy commences on 24.12.24. Tenant wants to use the Reposit scheme buthe cash deposit is included in the final balance she needs to pay
Has she already signed the agreement? If so, I suspect she has mis-selected the wrong option when she did so. I assume you made the option available when you issued the contract?
That said, never had a tenant use it, so no personal experience.
