Repossession hearing help

So I was looking for help from renter/landlord, my landlord little over a year ago now i think had told me he was looking to sell which is fair enough so i started to look regardless of he was going to or not, forward a month later got the news i would be expecting child so with out thought moved mother in,had told landlord about it obviously it is not what landlord wanted, after that he would be sending me messeges about how rent was going up to £650 or so from 450,bearing in mind he signed a ten year tenecy I’m being 5 years in with no rent clause been checked over bye council solicitor also say he couldn’t, roll round to first court hearing every point he tried to evict me on never come up,only wanted to offer me a new agreement, but declined as I wanted to leave to find somewhere more suitable for child,so agreement of 3 month was made to vacate unaware of how little there was in terms of places to rent which took over the three months ,the one place we got any hope with wanted to contact landlord to prove I was living at current address for 5 plus years,he wouldn’t communicate with them nor solicitor resulted in us losing our chance with the new home , so up to now I have a repossession court hear in 2 days time I now have a move in date for new home for first of November what outcome might be at the hearing

A tenancy agreement of more than 3 years has to be signed as a deed to be valid. If this didnt happen then its hard to predict what a court would make of the agreement. You ideally need a lawyer to argue your case. You might be able to get the duty solicitor to take the case. You should also go to the Council and ask for emergency accommodation if possession is given to the landlord.
