I know Openrent said they would be sending out the Information Sheet to Rentnow tenants.
What date will this happen. Surely it should have been sent now.
1st May. Landlord will be copied in. No rush, it doesnt have to be done until 31st May.
I appreciate it doesn’t have to be done until 31 May however the Information Sheet has been out since 20 March and I am surprised they are waiting until 1 May.
It iS available on the gov website. Just google the renters rights act information sheet.
@Lynda but there have been changes already (accessible versions made available) and 1 may is when the changes come in. Makes perfect sense.

But at midnight on the 1st of May they can create one IT job to send the email to everyone. If they sent it to some tenants earlier and those who signed later another day, I suspect this is a more complicated programming requirement.
