My tenant is more tha 2 months in arrears with rent payments. I took out the Openrent RGI at the start of the tenancy. I am ready to serve a Section 8 Notice to the tenant and am completing the RGI Claim form. I am colating all the documents and previous correspondence between myself and my tenant that need to be submitted with the claim form.
Has any other landlord here been through this process ? I have never in 30years of being a landlord had to evict a tenant. I have always had friendly and cordial relationships with my tenants. So I am a bit anxious about having to do this.
