I am taking local estate agent’s “Find tenant” service which includes marketing property, finding tenants, doing references and drawing up tenancy agreement.
If tenant is found that way, is it possible to set them up on OpenRent? I am aware that openRent has their own tenancy agreement. Is it possible to use tenancy agreement created by local estate agent? What are the options please?
A local agent tenant-find service will usually offer the same sort of tenancy creation that Openrent provide. Why do you want to move it here?

I want to move to OpenRent mainly for rent collection and tracking dues etc. That’s what I was exploring, if it’s worth setting up tenancy here.
It seems like a lot of hassle for something so small. Those two things are relatively easy to do yourself if you are self managing.
I have no idea whether what you’re suggesting is possible, but I doubt it as I suspect RentNow is a largely self-contained system where everything is predicated on the assumption that the in-house contract is used.
