Hi, how many times a year can a Freeholder of a property with leasehold flats charge the leaseholders for maintenance work required. These are all amounts lower than the S20 notice required of £250
Depends on the wording in your lease. However it is typical if its a managing agent situation to have to pay up front so the agent has the cash from all the leaseholders in order to authorise works. If its monies for services and is regular amount, such as cleaning communal areas etc then I would expect to pay monthly.
