System asking previous employer to confirm “current wage” (job ended)

Hi,

I’ve added both my previous and future roles correctly in referencing.

My new employer has confirmed, but my previous employer is still being asked to confirm my current wage, despite the role being marked as ended.

They cannot confirm a current salary as I no longer work there.

Is this a known bug? Can it be manually corrected?

I’ve already contacted the contact centre multiple times but it doesn’t seem to get amended ?

@mod_harry do you think is this solvable via backend?

Hi @Sara16

You shouldn’t be adding any previous employment to the referencing. The referencing process is designed to demonstrate to the landlord the income that you currently receive.

I can see the reference has now been completed.
