Tenancy agreement only (for now)

I am becoming a first-time landlord and am applying to Lambeth Council (London) for a licence. To apply for the licence, I need to provide a tenancy agreement. I had hoped to get this from OpenRent.

Once I have applied and got the landlord licence, I need to organise some photographs of the property and a couple of other things before advertising it.

My difficulty is that I can’t seem to find a way of getting the tenancy agreement from OpenRent without first placing an advert.

Is it possible to get the agreement separately first? If not, what do I provide to Lambeth Council for the landlord licence application?

Ironically you won’t be issuing the AST, you’ll be issuing the APT which will be available after the 1st May to download but I would send this one if you are sending the application before the 1st May.
