Yesterday the tenant signed the tenancy agreement and afterwards I did, so it was signed by all parties. Today he notified that he wants to pull out as his work contract fell through.
He has placed a holding deposit so far. Where do I stand as a landlord? He wasted much of my time. Do I get to keep the holding deposit at least? Is he liable for the whole period of the assured short hold tenancy agreement?
