Hi, I’m looking for a 2 or 3-bedroom property to rent in Rowlands Gill, Highfield, High Spen or the surrounding area.
I’m currently based in Barrow-in-Furness and am looking to move back home to the North East. I’m actively interviewing for jobs in the area and still have a few weeks left in my current role.
I’ve been a private tenant for around 18 years and have never missed a rent payment. I’ve rented my current property through an OpenRent landlord for the past three years, again with every payment made on time, and I can provide a landlord reference.
I’m expecting a larger final salary payment in August and would be looking to use this to pay up to six months’ rent upfront while I complete my move and continue with my job search.
I do have a default on my credit file following a recent separation, which is one of the reasons I’m relocating closer to family support. However, my rental history is excellent, I have always prioritised my rent, and I’m happy to be completely open about my circumstances.
I’m looking for a long-term home and would treat the property with care. Ideally, I’m hoping to move during August.
