I’ve run into a bit of an issue with my rental account and wanted to get some advice. My tenant has been paying the correct rent amount each month. However, I noticed that the September invoice was incorrectly issued for £1,799 instead of £1,995. This mistake has led to the account showing the tenant as being £196 in credit.
The account needs to be adjusted - but I cant see any options on how to do it?
Has anyone experienced something similar? Anyone figured out how to adjust this?
