My new tenant is trying to pay her first month rent and deposit.
She is only being given the option of paying the deposit in full. It is showing she is not eligible for the reposit scheme in the drop-down menu.
I need to help her with this but there doesn’t seem to be an option for me to make it possible.
We are in Wales if this is relevant
