Its hard to see what the tenants user flow is in the system as a landlord. Does anyone know at what point at what point the reposit option is shown. My prospective tenant is unable to see it.

This is covered within our blog post on the matter:
If you’re using OpenRent’s Rent Now service, you will have the ability to offer tenants the option of using Reposit (if eligible) when editing the contract.
Tenants will then be able to set up their deposit replacement when making payment for the initial funds due under the tenancy before move-in.
Tenants will be able to select Reposit when they pay the final balance, after signing the contract, subject to eligibility.
Did you allow this option when you issued the contract? Its an yes/no option
