I have a tenant who pays 2000pcm moving out 15th March and normally she pays rent on the 8th of the month.
Just double checking - Is the final rent 2000 pcm x 12 months / 365 days = 65.75 x 7 days = £460.27

Your calculation is correct.
Agreed assuming monthly rent runs 8th to 7th monthly.
