Hi, my tenants left without notice.
They sent me an email today asking where they can drop off the keys.
I was not informed they were leaving.
Their tenancy went periodic meaning they should have given one month notice.
What can i do? Please advice.
Be glad they have gone. Get keys and start afresh

Read the rental agreement. See what they should have done. Have you got a deposit?
