Tricky date for Section 13

Hi all,
My tenant’s current 12 months fixed term AST started on 31/1/23 and ends on 30/1/24. Once the tenancy becomes a monthly periodic I’ve agreed to keep the rent the same for one month (ie. for February), but will need to serve a Section 13 notice to increase rent after that. The problem is that all websites (including OpenRent) stress that when completing a Section 13 (Form 4) you must be careful to say that the increased rent will start at the beginning of the rental period, eg. if the tenancy started on 5th of the month, the increased rent has to start from a 5th of the month. But, February doesn’t have a 31st! Do you think it would be valid to specify that the increased rent will start from 1st March?

It works as a calendar month, so there is no problem starting the increase from 1 Feb if thats what you want to happen.
