Good morning, folks.
I am advertising a studio flat through Open Rent. The system doesn’t seem to allow me to show it’s a studio from the drop down menu. The minimum number of bedrooms is 1. This means that “everyone” including Righmove etc. are showing the property as a 1 bed. It means I am getting responses who when they hear it’s a studio are no longer interested.
Does anyone know of a workaround so the flat is advertised correctly?

Sorted, thank you. The secret is not to mark it as a flat in the initial set up. There is a separate studio option.
