If the building is separate to your own home, (ie not physically attached), then I’m not sure you would count as a resident landlord. You would need to check with a specialist landlord and tenant solicitor.
You may be able to set up a non housing act tenancy as a serviced apartment, but this is open to challenge in a court if the services are a sham or not really provided. What you listed doesnt sound sufficient. Full cleaning and laundry services are really a minimum. You are expected to check smoke alarms in any tenancy.
