Currently we don’t offer Featured/Premium Rightmove or Zoopla adverts, largely because we aren’t convinced by the value. The portals charge a high price for these listings without any guarantee that this will improve the response to an advert.
It’s worth noting that our paid adverts let in just 7 days on average anyway. In addition, if you have an advert that is performing poorly, we are more than happy to give free advice on how to fix this. There will invariably be aspects of the advert that you can change to ensure your property is let quickly, without needing the expense of a featured listing.
