URGENT help needed - Inventory report not received. Need better support from Open Rent.
We ordered an Inventory report via Open Rent for our property that we rented out. A day before the appointment we confirmed with the supplier the time and access to the property. It’s been two weeks and we haven’t heard back at all from the supplier despite multiple messages , chasers as urgent messages. Reporting the issue to open rent hasn’t been much help.
Can someone from Open Rent please look into this urgently and respond.
