  1. We are 4 students from India coming to join the University of Hertfordshire for this January intake.
  2. Our course will start on February 22nd. our course duration is 18 months.
  3. we are planning to come to the UK in the last week of January or the First week of February.
  4. Mostly we are looking for a 4 bedroom house. else we can adjust with a 3 bedrooms house( 2 double bedrooms and 1 single).
  5. our budget would be from 1200 to 1500 depending on the property type.

You might get something at the top end of that budget, but my guess is you will need to increase it.
