Hi I have a tentant moving out in a few days and new tenants not moving in straight away. What happens about payment for utility Bill’s? Will I have to set up an account to pay them in between tenants?
take a note of meter readings the day they move out and let utilities know that you are now responsible for the payments till you relet. Then read again when new tenants move in and then notify the utilities again with the readings
