Hi, Has anyone got refund of only court fees after payment in full for Possession. I notified a week back about me pulling out and was confirmed £404 by caseworker. Nothing is in my account yet.
Most companies use BACS for payments, not faster payments as you do for your own banking. BACS payments take 3 working days, so it’s easy to see why that process plus the admin process of authorising the payment before it is sent could easily take a week.
