Hello been waiting g for ages for my code to come through to verify my phone and asked to respond it 3 times now and still not received anything

Our system will send an SMS text message as soon as you request it via the website, but this can sometimes take up to 30 minutes to reach your phone (to allow for the texts being held up by your network).
The most common reason for not receiving a code is because the number entered is too short, or incorrect due to a typo - so I’d encourage you to double-check the number you entered, and update it if you spot a mistake.
Once you’ve received the code you should then be able to resume the process at https://www.openrent.co.uk/verify
We can’t check individual account details via the Community, so if the above doesn’t get you sorted then you can send the team a message using the ‘Need Help’ box from any page of the website and we’ll take a look for you.
