You should have been texted a verification code when you signed up! If you’re 100% sure you entered the correct phone number (and I would definitely recommend checking this again), then email the team at https://www.openrent.co.uk/faq#i-have-more-questions saying that you’re having trouble verifying your account and they’ll help you out
