Hello everyone, I’ve come to ask for help. From July 2025, my daughters (16 and 18) and I will be sleeping on the street. I work full time, but my salary doesn’t allow me to pay rent in London. I’ve already spoken to my work and unfortunately I can’t apply for a transfer between branches because there are no vacancies. So my situation is:

  1. or I sleep on the street so I don’t lose my job
  2. or I leave my job and have no way of surviving
  3. we are 3 women left at the mercy of the mafias

I know the situation is difficult for everyone, but what I see is a war against humanity.
These politicians lie shamelessly, create the problems and set the people fighting against themselves.
The landlords complain about the tenants, and the tenants complain about the landlords. And they take revenge on each other, while the politicians sit back and enjoy their rich, orgiastic lives.

After four years, another politician comes along to badmouth the current politician, but when he takes office, he continues the policy of the one he badmouthed. And the people accept it all. They don’t see that this is a scheme to fight each other.

I’ve always paid for my tent, even during the time of Covid - I’ve never failed to pay for a tent. I helped paint and renovate the house without asking for anything in return. That’s the contract I made with the landlord. Now, because the government has decided to do away with the people, it’s forcing rents to be outrageously high and as a result my daughters and I are homeless. We’re three women, a studio or a room would be enough for us. But even here the government has problems.
Please, people, help me because I’m getting desperate. I urgently need a place to sleep for me and my girls, otherwise the worst will happen. The people must unite and not remain disunited. It’s disunity that politicians want.

Sorry to hear of your situation. I would suggest that you look for work in a more affordable area. The northeast of England is a wonderful place to live and far, far cheaper than London. I’d highly recommend it for a new start. I’m originally from London myself and I have no clue why anyone would ever live there after seeing the quality of life you can have elsewhere in the country for far less money.

Can you move further out and commute into London
Bedford Luton st albans Kent etc

Hi tatemono, thank you so much for you reply. Unfortunately in the north east of England my work dosen’t have branches, because the cost of live is cheap. I have no option than living on the street.

Thank you so much for your reply. Unfortunately in this areas the rents are more or less the same in London and I work at night. Long distances it will dificult my life, but I am exploring you idea.

I don’t know where you work but institutions such as the NHS do facilitate geographical relocation
Also if you work agency bank or locum shifts that can accommodate re location better

Unfortunately the council said that I need to move to out of london to a cheapest area. But in cheapest areas my place work dosen’t have branches., and I can’t afford losing my job.

you have the option of changing your career / getting a new job somewhere else with another company. I’d put that over my family.
