We are searching for a home for 3 responsible wonderful and studious girls. Ideally 3+ bedrooms, 2+ bathrooms with a private outdoor space. Furnished or unfurnished that is available for a long term let.
Our two daughters will be moving to Bristol in the beginning of July.
Our eldest is 18 and will be 19 in November. She is finishing off her Bachelor’s degree in languages before heading on to university. She is keen to find a part time job and be closer to family. As a family we have spent the last 12 years in Menorca.
Our youngest daughter is 17 and we will be accompanying her staying nearby until she turns 18 in December. She is planning on studying performing arts and is also keen to find her first part time job.
The girls along with our cousin who is currently studying and working in Bristol (who will be turning 20 in October) are fully invested in the Idea of sharing a home together.
We are hoping to find somewhere for £1450± (without bills) in or close to;
St Werburghs, St Andrews, Redland, Bishopston, Ashley Down, Henleaze, Westbury on trym, Snuff mills or Clifton. Close to public transport services.
For peace of mind all round we are willing to pay a substantial amount in advance, plus deposit and we will of course guarantor them.
