What are people using for the tenacy/contract in Wales?
Is there one on Openrent?
I am also undecided what to use for the deposit scheme. TDS insured/Openrent or even Reposit?
there are basically only three govt approved schemes: My Deposits (which OpenRent uses via the RentNow process), DPS and TDS. All three allow you to protect the deposit via insured or custodial. I’ve always used custodial simply because it isn’t my money in the first place and custodial reminds me of the fact.
sorry I can’t advise about Welsh tenancies… which seem to have become a total nightmare in the last few years…

The tenancy creation service on OpenRent is fully set up for Wales and compliant with the latest regulation.

But simply, you can request / accept holding deposits via the website just like landlords in England and Scotland. The system will provide Wales specific guidance and contracts etc.
