Can anyone reccommend an insurance company that will provide rent guarantee and legal fee cover for a tenant with ccj please? We are going through referencing checks currently and one of my joint tenants has two ccjs from a few years ago. They have got a guarantor and have passed affordability. Will I be able to get lanlords rent guarantee cover? if So Who?
