Agreed! same feeling and struggling to evict bad tenant,
Tenant has now gone to council and complain. But there is nothing to complain she is trying to make stories and not received last three months rent . terrible! she is saying I have money but I won’t pay! waiting for court possession, I believe she could do same thing to another landlord unfortunately law is to tight couldn’t help
