Why is the communication so awful at Openrent?

Is there a phone number or method of communication available at Openrent where you can actually speak to a real person on the day that you have a question? It is so frustrating when you have a question and have people waiting on you for an answer and Openrent is virtually impossible to communicate with. Is there another platform that provides referencing that allows you to actually speak a human and get a proper answer?
