I have a house in a not so famous area, I am just worried, as the Stamp Duty holiday will end soon and it will be really tricky to sell it. I have seen a few reduction as well on right move. A friend of m said that with the end of furlough the house market may crush and I am scared to have to pay the agency even with a bad sell or not selling at all.

You won’t have to pay the agency if you do not sell, if I understood what you meant correctly.
Find an agency that includes the cost of professional photography (i.e. they pay for it whether you sell or not) and try and knock them down on their rate of commission.
