My name is Peter Rooney (04/05/65), I’m looking to rent a 2 bed property in Cornwall with my son Josh Rooney(03/01/92). I have just sold my house in Ashford, Kent and am presently staying in Lostwithiel.
I grew up in Redruth but moved away when I was younger and am now looking to return to Cornwall permanently. I have worked all my life and was at my last job for 14 years. Due to the move I am currently unemployed and looking for work. My last day of employment was 3/8/23.
I was in an I.V.A but that has been paid off and due to the sale of the house I am completely debt free. I can pay a deposit and a years rent in advance, I have the funds for all household bills and to live off for some time.
I can move into the property at anytime, for me the sooner the better, as having having a permanent address will help me finding work.
