Seriously finding it hard to find a landlord that will take dss without a guarantor.
What’s the reason you can’t use a guarantor?
I don’t have one, I have even put an offer in of up to 6 months rent in advance, full deposit £500 per bedroom and an insurance policy for the landlord, but still they all want a guarantor on top. I feel like there’s no hope.
