Hi everyone! We are three people looking for a 2 bedroom flat around Southwark/LB/E&C, but we are finding it really difficult. This would be for my long-term boyfriend and myself, as well as a friend of ours (thus needing 2 bedrooms, not 3). We had all agreed to move in together before we realised that landlords now require a special license to have 2+ tenants living in their flats… and we are now struggling to find something that isn’t extremely expensive. Is there any advice people who are or have been in similar situations can give us?
Or: Are there any landlords out there looking for tenants for their 2-bedroom flat (can be three) in the areas mentioned above? Our budget is around 2450pcm for one bathroom, and max 2600 pcm for two bathrooms. We have no pets, are non-smokers, and have all rented before.
