My new tenant is going to pay 6 months rent upfront, would openrent collect that or do they just collect one months rent and the deposit and should i collect the remaining five months myself ??
You can request openrent collect more than 1month in advance. Its part of the set-up when you create the tenancy agreement on their website.

The max is £12k including deposit though.
