More than £12k rent upfront

I’m asking the tenants for six months upfront, but this will go over the £12k limit OpenRent have on collecting:

“We can only collect £12,000 as part of our Rent In Advance feature. This amount includes the first month’s rent and the security deposit.”

What’s the workaround?

You could ask to make separate payments transaction for 6months rent and deposit on 2 different days
