When my property ad expired, Openrent contacted prospective tenants to say that the property was let (rather than that the online listing had expired). As a result, I went to (already arranged) viewings for which the prospective tenants never came. I contacted Openrent stating that “ad expired” and “property was let” are very different things and I simply received a generic response "When your property listing expired, tenants will have been notified that that the property is no longer available. …Please do let us know if we can help with anything else. " which not only does not address the issue and events but in my view shows lack of care. I’m very disappointed.
