Why would a landlords ad say let agreed and then create a new ad with the same property?
Happened 3 times in a row.
Prospective tenants not passing defence checks is a likely reason.
Or, possibly a scam.

If a property isn’t let within the three months advertising contract.
Openrent lists it as Let.
landlord then has to pay to re advertise the property again.
