Hi,

I am putting the sequence of things that happened from registering in open rent to till date.

Date:September 13th 2024
I added property details with photos and paid 49 pounds for ultimate advertising

Date: september 14th 2024
In the open rental portal, I saw a message to upload the property documents to proceed with advertising. I did
uploaded the documents

  1. I got an email saying that we will review and publish an ad within 6 hours. When I logged in to openrent
    next day on the 15th september, my ad was not shown in the listings.

  2. From september 16th onwards I dropped few emails and called almost each and every day to customer service. The
    advisors are saying they will get back to me in 24 hrs, its almost 10 days now no response.

  3. Till date(23rd september) my ad is not published and no one from open rent is taking the matter seriously. I lost
    my money and I am loosing lot of time in the emails and calls to open rent with out any resolution.

I am kind of lost with out any help. It’s almost coming to 10 days, till now there is no action taken or there is
no movement in my complaint.

Can anyone help me with this matter, how to proceed further ?
