How do you add an extra landlord on the AST digital lease as we are a couple who own the property together? At the moment it shows just me as the landlord?

Once you accept your applicant’s references, you will be taken to a contract editing page. You can then add a co-signatory there by heading to ‘Edit Contract’ then ‘Add New Co-signatory’.
